So, once again, I have been looking at www.thereverend.com .... I love Brendan Powell. I cant help it... the Brick Testament seduced me like I had never been seduced before. So, I am doing a little bible study on the site, and then a thought dawns on me... when God requested that people be stoned.... the Israelites just assumed he meant "pelted with rocks"... when in actuality... I think he meant for them to smoke out.... I mean... it's just a thought....albeit a valid one.
